Start Your Recovery Today

Starting addiction treatment can be life-changing. The Recovery Village Ridgefield is ready 24/7 to help you or a loved one get your life back. Same-day admission available.

Our Admissions Process

The first step is easy – all you need to do is call.

Our Recovery Advocates will answer your questions about treatment and perform a pre-assessment to determine your eligibility. They may ask about your current living situation, substance abuse history, medical history, family history of addiction, and health insurance plan.

Once your insurance is confirmed, we’ll recommend a treatment plan personalized to your recovery needs and situation.  We will help you decide on an admission date and assist in making travel arrangements if needed.

Our Recovery Advocates are Here for You

Seeking addiction treatment can feel overwhelming, but Recovery Advocates can provide valuable assistance and support. They can answer questions, share personal experiences, and guide individuals through the process of starting rehab at the Recovery Village.

Do You Accept Walk-ins?

Although we highly recommend scheduling your admission in advance to avoid extended wait times, The Recovery Village Ridgefield accepts walk-in patients for our highest levels of substance abuse treatment between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Walking in does not guarantee admission to care.

Will I Lose My Job If I Go to Rehab?

Federal laws and workplace policies are in place to protect people who want to recover from addiction. If you’re considering using FMLA benefits to protect your job while you’re in rehab, it’s really important to start the process as soon as possible, even before you arrive for treatment. You’ll need to contact your employer to start the paperwork required for FMLA. To protect your privacy, you only need to say you’re seeking medical treatment.

Your Privacy Is Our Priority

All admissions calls are confidential. At The Recovery Village Ridgefield, you will complete forms that only allow us to discuss important information with those you designate per HIPAA guidelines. In addition, no information will be disclosed to any party without your written, documented approval.
